How to read this

Volume to draw is the fluid volume your dose translates to after dilution.

Units is the same volume expressed in the markings on your insulin syringe. All three syringe sizes (U-30 / U-50 / U-100) read on the same U-100 insulin scale — they only differ in barrel capacity (0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, 1 mL). For the same draw volume you’ll see the same unit reading; the smaller barrels just can’t hold as much.

Concentration tells you how much active ingredient is in 1 mL after reconstitution. Aim for 1–5 mg/mL for ergonomic dose volumes.

Doses per vial is what you actually get out of the vial — fractional values are rounded down to be honest about residual volume.

Sterile technique

Wipe the vial stopper with a fresh alcohol pad before every draw. Use a new sterile syringe each injection. Inject the BAC water down the inside wall of the vial — never directly onto the lyophilized peptide.
