Nasal-spray dose math.

Reconstitute your vial with bacteriostatic water (preservative keeps the stock stable across weeks of withdrawals), then dilute a portion of that stock with sterile saline in a nasal bottle so the final spray is mucosa-friendly. Juno computes stock concentration, the final spray concentration, mcg per pump (assuming a standard 0.1 mL actuation), how many pumps per dose, and the residual benzyl alcohol percent so you can keep the bottle below the irritation threshold.

Stage 1 — Reconstitute the vial in BAC water

Same procedure as a SubQ peptide. Open the reconstitution guide →

Stage 2 — Dilute stock with saline in the spray bottle

The saline-dominant final mix is gentle on the mucosa; the residual benzyl alcohol from the BAC water is diluted to a small fraction of a percent.
